How to Give VIP Marketing Access to Your Google Business Profile

Follow the steps below to add our team as a manager of your profile.

• Step 1: Open Your Google Business Profile

Go to Google Business Profile and sign in to the Google account that manages your business profile.

You can also search for your business name directly on Google while signed in to the account that manages the profile.

• Step 2: Select Your Business
  

  If you manage multiple businesses:

  1. Select the correct business.
  2. Confirm that you have selected the correct Google Business Profile.
  
  
  

• Step 3: Open Business Profile Settings

From your Business Profile on Google:

Click the three-dot menu.
Select Business Profile settings.

• Step 4: Open People and Access
  

  Click: People and access

  This section shows the users who currently have access to your Google Business Profile.
  
  

• Step 5: Add VIP Marketing
  

  Click Add.

  Enter the email address provided to you by your VIP Marketing team.
  
  

• Step 6: Select Access Level
  

  Select: Owner

  Manager access allows our team to manage the day-to-day aspects of your Google Business Profile, including profile information, photos, posts, reviews, and other local search activities.
  
  

• Step 7: Invite the User

After entering the email address and selecting Owner:

1. 1. Review the information.
   2. Click Invite.

The invitation will be sent to the VIP Marketing team member.

• Step 8: Confirm Access
  

  You can verify the invitation by returning to:

  Business Profile settings → People and access

  The invited user should appear with Manager access or as a pending invitation until it is accepted.
