How to Grant Access to Google Business Profile?

This article will walk you through how to provide access to an employee or vendor to your Google Business.

1. Sign in to Google My Business:

   • Open your web browser and go to the Google Business Profile website.
   • Sign in using the Google account associated with your business.
     
     

2. Locate Your Business Profile:

   • Once logged in, you'll see a list of all the business profiles associated with your account.
   • Select the business profile you want to share access to.
     
     

3. Go to "Business Profile Settings":

   • Click on three dots and go to "Business Profile Settings"
     
     

4. Click on People and Access:

   • In the Business profile settings, click on "People and Access" settings
     
     

5. Enter the Email Address:

   • A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter the email address of the person you want to share access with.
     
     

6. Send the Invitation:

   • After selecting the role, click on the "Invite" button to send the invitation.

7. Confirmation:

   • The person you invited will receive an email notification informing them of the invitation.
   • They need to accept the invitation by clicking on the link provided in the email.

8. Access Granted:

   • Once the invitation is accepted, the invited user will gain access to your Google Business profile according to the role you assigned.

9. Review Permissions (Optional):

   • After the person has accepted the invitation, you can review their permissions by going back to the Users section.
   • Here, you can see who has access to your business profile and what role they've been assigned.
