A Simple Step-by-Step Tutorial for granting access to your Facebook Business Manager
Step 1: Go to Facebook Business Manager

Open your internet browser.

Type in or click this link: https://business.facebook.com

Log in using your personal Facebook account (the one that manages the business).
Step 2: Open Business Settings

On the top right, click the small gear icon (⚙️) — this opens Business Settings.

If you don’t see the gear, click the menu icon (looks like 3 lines or dots), then choose Business Settings.
Step 3: Go to “People”

On the left side menu, click “Users”, then click “People.”

You will see a list of people who already have access.
Step 4: Add a New Person

Click the blue “Add” button.

A box will pop up asking for their email address.
👉 Type the email of the person you want to give access to. -
Under Access Type, choose:

Employee Access (if you want to give limited access), or
-
Admin Access (if you trust them and want to give full control).

Click Next.
Step 5: Choose What They Can Access

Now you’ll see a list of things like:

Facebook Pages
-
Ad Accounts
-
Instagram Accounts
-

Click on each one and select what you want them to be able to do:

Example: For Pages, you might choose "Manage Page"

When done, click “Invite.”
Step 6: Ask Them to Accept the Invite

The person you invited will get an email from Facebook.

They need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the email.

Once they accept, they will be added to your Business Manager.
