How to Give VIP Marketing Access to Google Analytics

Follow the steps below to grant us access to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property.

• Step 1: Open Google Analytics

           Go to Google Analytics and sign in to your Google account. 

• Step 2: Select Your Website
  

  From the account and property selector in the upper-left corner:

  1. Select the correct Google Analytics account.
  2. Select the correct GA4 property for your website.

• Step 3: Open Admin

          Click Admin in the bottom-left corner of Google Analytics.

• Step 4: Open Access Management
  

  Under Account Settings, click on Account Access Management
  

• Step 5: Add VIP Marketing
  

  Click the + button in the upper-right corner and select:

• Step 6: Select the Permission
  

  Select the access level requested by your VIP Marketing team.

• Step 7: Add the User

           After entering the email address and selecting the requested permission:

• • Review the information.

  • Click Add.

• Step 8: Confirm Access
  

  To confirm that access was successfully granted:

  1. Go back to Admin.
  2. Open Property → Access Management.
  3. Search for the email address you added.
  4. Confirm that the user appears in the list.
