How to Give VIP Marketing Access to Your YouTube Channel

Follow the steps below to add our team to your account. 

• Step 1: Open YouTube Studio

Go to YouTube Studio and sign in to the Google account that manages your YouTube channel. 

• Step 2: Select the Correct YouTube Channel
  

  If you manage multiple YouTube channels:

  1. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Switch account.
  3. Choose the correct YouTube channel.

  Make sure you are working with the channel you want VIP Marketing to manage.
  
  

• Step 3: Open Settings
  

  In YouTube Studio, click: Settings

  in the left-hand menu.

  

• Step 4: Open Permissions
  

  Select:  Permissions

  This section allows you to give other people access to your YouTube channel without sharing your Google account password.
  
  

• Step 5: Invite VIP Marketing
  

  Click: Manage Permissions and add a user

  Enter the email address provided to you by your VIP Marketing team.

• Step 6: Select the Access Level

Select the access level requested by your VIP Marketing representative.

For ongoing YouTube management, our team may request Owner access. This allows an authorized user to manage channel content, upload and publish videos, edit channel details, manage live streams, and perform other channel management tasks.

• Step 7: Send the Invitation
  

  After entering the email address and selecting the requested access level:

  1. Review the information.
  2. Click Done.

  The invitation will be sent to the VIP Marketing team member. YouTube invitations expire after 30 days if they are not accepted.

• Step 8: Send the Invitation
  

  Return to: YouTube Studio → Settings → Permissions

  Find the email address you added and confirm that the invitation has been sent or that the user has accepted the invitation.
